		<description>Yea, I think the beans were probably a big culprit.  It said to drain, but not rinse, so they were coated with all that salty goo its packed in.  The black bean soup I&#039;ve made before I do with soaked dried beans, and I&#039;ll stick to that in the future ;)</description>

		<description>Bummer that it was so salty!  We aren&#039;t huge salt eaters either, so this is probably a no-go as written for us too.  I wonder if using dry beans would cut down on the saltiness a bit.  I know the sodium content of canned beans is quite high.</description>
